Centura Foods Factory,

                              Hartlepool

A 30 acre factory site together with 200 acres of undeveloped, arable and grazing land. The site included over 400,000sq ft of accommodation, ranging from an office block to workshops, warehousing and extensive car parking. Plans were drawn up to sub-divide the site and to target these to local small to medium sized companies as tenants.

In 2003 one single private investor was found to purchase the entire land and factory site.
