Following major investment and extensive refurbishment of the site, various buildings were let to individual tenants. Kruger Tissue (Industrial) Ltd became a major tenant, leasing 40,000 sq ft.

Eatonfield identified a private investment company who were looking to acquire the entire site, and was completed in 2002.
