Heritage Gate, Colwyn Bay

Heritage Gate is a prime, vacant, site located on the south side Abergele Road near to the Civic Centre and with views out over the Irish Sea. Currently awaiting planning permission from Conwy County Borough Council for the construction of the building which will comprise of 20,000 sq ft of high specification office/technology space. Following the grant of planning permission, the site will be offered for sale.
Alternatively, Eatonfield would consider developing the site for an individual or company who would prefer to purchase a completed building.
