Canolfan Teifi Shopping

The Canolfan Teifi Shopping Centre was our first retail flagship development. Research confirmed that Cardigan had tremendous potential as a shopping centre and that the refurbishment and development of Canolfan Teifi carried out by Eatonfield was central to this.

Tenants secured by Eatonfield included B'Wise, Orange Communications, Bookland the Welsh book retailer and the County Library. The development was sold to a single private investor.
