An 87 acre site, formerly Corus Rail in Workington, West Cumbria.

A planning and remediation strategy will be developed, with the intention of lodging a planning application by February 2008.

The mixed use development is to include a retail outlet village, a supermarket, offices, industrial and commercial units, an hotel and spa, a care home and a care village.

There will also be in excess of 300 residential units ranging from prestigious
apartments to affordable housing units.
