Dunslow Road And Cayton

The Dunslow Road site extends to 4.91 acres with a building of 105,000 sq ft. Cayton Low Road extends to 2.72 acres and occupied by a building of some 93,000 sq ft. The two sites were purchased from the present owners, and the continued use of the buildings by the existing occupiers was uninterrupted.

Ownership of the two sites was divided and both sites were disposed of separately in 2005, one to a private investor and the remaining site to a pension fund.
