The Cardigan Scheme

Conceved by Eatonfield the scheme represents a £30 million investment in the town of Cardigan. Redeveloping a 70,000 sq ft shopping mall and a 62,000 sq ft site to provide the town with a revamped shopping mall, food store and petrol filing station and an increase to the town centre parking facilities. Inclusion of a substantial residential element enhances the vitality of the town which has been a longstanding objective of the local community.

Modus Ventures Ltd approached Eatonfield in 2005 with a view to them becoming the lead player in the scheme. Eatonfield has since disposed of its interests to Modus.
