The Ystalyfera Scheme

Mixed use redevelopment of two industrial sites - the former Diwhurst factory and the Darren Works along with a greenfield site in South Wales.

Eatonfield’s objective is to regenerate the area by combining the three sites to develop a residential scheme accompanied with starter/light industrial units.

A new Community Resource Centre is planned as the centrepiece of the entire development.
